okay look, i got my 1.1.4 itouch a few weeks ago and still cannot install bsd subsytem. i have tried multiple times every single day and it still says error package download failed, so for me, the wait a little while and it should work thing, is not working. what do i have to do to get it to work?!?!
help!!!!!

ages ago i tried 2 install BSD subsystem. it didnt install properly and now it says it installed, but it never comes up and when i go 2 uninstall it only gives me the option 2 re install, which trust me ive done a ton of times and it doesnt work…

does any1 no how 2 fix this? or do u no where i can download a ziped copy of the files?

i’m not sure you want to hear this… i actually even restored original settings through itunes i then re-unlocked/jail-braked the phone and…once i updated to the new installer bsd subsystem appeared again!!

i want to get rid of it because it just drains my battery way faster.

anyone else has suggestions?

For you who cant listen to musci go to settings>general>reset>reset all settings this usually works

I’m running 1.1.4 & have been facing issues with BSD subsystem 2.1. Whenever I try to install particular application from installer, it says that BSD subsystem is reqd… even though I have it on my iPhone. So when I try to uninstall it and go to uninstall option, it shows up with a button of ‘Reinstall’ instead of ‘Uninstall’… and if I go with Reinstall option, it prompts with an error message: Error: Package Download Failed !
Please help..!!!

Hi I have downgraded my Iphone from 1.1.2 to 1.1.1. I now want to install BSD subsystem but I get a error message “host not found”. I know many people here had the same problem so far, but none of the solutions I found worked! Has someone an idea how to install BSD somehow in an alternative way (other sources, manually…ect.) I really need help guys,
please post any suggestions
