XLaunch is another well done application from Erica Sadun, and can be found in Installer.app from the Ste Packaging source under the System category. The application itself is very clean and is very similar to the Song list in the iPod app on your iPhone. It lists all applications in alphabetical order and has a header for each letter, and even uses the same scrolling alphabet on the right hand side.
If you like to keep your Springboard nice and clean, and are on 1.1.3, use this application with Poof. Use poof to hide all the applications you don’t want to see, then use XLaunch to find them later when you need them. Screen shots after the break!
Wow very clean. Imagine this with Appflow. When you in XLaunch title your Ipod/iPhone and it goes to appflow. Haha
Yeah!! Erica Sadun just developed a new update to this app that uses AppFlow. The only problem is that its not on installer yet but it is available for manual download.
You are right she did…we will try to get a post up about it…it is pretty sweet!
i dont get the point of this app, is it just to view apps as a list instead of a grid? thats not really worth the download. to launch apps theres already the Dock app, appflow, and the original springboard. thats enough in my opinion, but atleast we have this as an option
Hi, this apps, (xlaunch, taskbar notifier…) are available to install in a 1.1.2 iphone…?!?!?
Please, tell me if i can install it…
Thanks
