The only way it crashes is if you dont power cycle for long periods of time. Turn it off(fully not sleep and or standby) The phone and the itouch will get cluttered shutting it complely off and rebooting organizes the files and closes all background applications creating more memory for the phones and ipods to function. -A+ Certified Computer Technician.
