I'm not a Terminal guy and know little about SSH. Check out of OpenSSH page for instructions on how to do that! Then just find the /private/var/mobile/Library/TimeCapsule (if you are on 1.1.3 and above) and drag it to your computer. Then, after you restore you can reinstall the app and then drag the file you dragged to your computer back onto your iPhone in the same spot you took it out of...then you can go into the app from your SpringBoard and restore everything through the app. You have to do it via SSH.
