[...] Version 0.13b4 of TimeCapsule has some new features. There have been quite a few apps added to the list of apps that can be backed up…they include; Calendar, Camera Roll, PuzzleManiak, Stocks, Voicemail, Weather, WorldClock and YouTube. However, you can now only make one backup of each applications (besides MapsCache and YouTube where you can have two backups) unless you purchase the full app. It is $12.00 to purchase the full version. Once you have created a backup, you can tap on it and the options in the pop-up have changed. You now have the option to… … [visit site to read more] [...]

It seems like most iphone people (or developers probably) prefer using SSH and/or Terminal to do things on the iphone. I'm not a Terminal guy and know little about SSH.

Another option for you Kiat, for backing up the TimeCapsule folder, is to install AFPd from installer.app. Open AFPd is installed, open it and turn the server on.

Now open Finder on your Mac and look under Shared (10.5) or Network (10.4) for your iphone. Connect using root/alpine or root/dottie, if you haven't changed your password. Start navigating at "Root File System" to the path listed above.

hope this helps!

You have to do it via SSH. Check out of OpenSSH page for instructions on how to do that! Then just find the /private/var/mobile/Library/TimeCapsule (if you are on 1.1.3 and above) and drag it to your computer. Then, after you restore you can reinstall the app and then drag the file you dragged to your computer back onto your iPhone in the same spot you took it out of...then you can go into the app from your SpringBoard and restore everything through the app.
