TimeCapsule won!!! Once I un-installed McAfee iVirusScan worked well. Only thing I found that differed from your original post is that I did not loose my previous backups. I think the issue with TC and McAffee is not specific to this release.. 1 person has reported the issue for previous version of TC, with TC crashing if McAffee is installed you backups are gone? as in deleted?
