biteSMS – Personal Experience

biteSMS I used biteSMS for the first time today!! YAY! As many of you already know, I had purchased some biteSMS credits a while back and had not received them. I had planned on emailing them however, I have been too busy to do so. Well, today I received an email from them! Yes, from them. It was just a follow up email saying that they had noticed that I hadn’t used any of my credits and they were just checking to make sure I had received them and that biteSMS was working for me. Talk about customer service! Well, as it turns out, I had typed my phone number incorrectly and that is why I hadn’t received my credits. After I wrote them back with the correct phone number, I received the credits right away! I have heard from many of you that the customer service is great but, I must say, I’m very impressed! So, after I received the credits, I gave biteSMS a shot and it worked great. I personally use AT&T for text messaging but, if you are looking for a cheap way to send Texts I highly recommend using biteSMS. Check out their website for rates in your country. biteSMS is available through the Ste Packaging source.

  3. The end result is what matter the most. You got your credit and used it.

  4. Does it need wi-fi connection to send text? How does the text sender look like? Is it showing customer’s own mobile number?

I have to agree that their customer service is excellent. It is cheaper for me to text internationally now! Thanx bitesms!

  6. WiFi or EDGE is fine for biteSMS….much cheaper than AT&T for overseas texting. Also if you don’t text often it’s also cheaper because the credits last for 1-year…..great for me!

  7. Thanks for this wonderful post! It has been very useful. I wish that you’ll carry on sharing your wisdom with us.
