You’re right, it does work, only from left to right, instead of right to left (fine by me…. )
after your reply i tried it. Thanks!

But, while we are at it, i still found a problem:
when i navigate through my contacts, select one, and choose “Text Message”, the application that opens is not biteSMS, but the old one. This happens although i configured biteSMS to my default SMS App (under “biteSMS” in “Settings”)

but I recently found that the sms by bitesms may not be successfully delivered… not sure why…

Swipe to Delete works the same way in biteSMS – is this what you actually mean?

yes, the counter is really great! but may I know if the no. of characters it allows for 1 msg the same as the regular SMS app in iphone?

Fantastic application and very usefull!
especially that it shows you the number of charaters you have left for each text message.
The only mismatch to the regular SMS app of iPhone is the ability to delete a message from your list of messages without using the edit button at the top left of the screen, but by sweeping the message from right to left (i hope i’ve explained it right…)
Other than that – one to one match to the regular SMS app, only better!
