Hi i’ve downloaded quickpwn fw2.2 but at the 2 step i got message “the correct IPSW will have a name beginning with iphone1,2_2.2.1 so it didn’t browse fw2.2 PLEASE HELP!

I downloaded the jailbraker already. However don’t know if i have the wrong version or if i actually I’m missing something. But every time i try to follow the steps, i get a message that says, ” Firmware error strin” So what should i do about it?

I have jailbroken my phone several times with several firmwares. I recently restored my phone to 2.2, and every time I try to jailbreak it, I get messages from windows saying that “the device has malfunctioned and cannot be recognized” and quickpwn says the device connected in the wrong mode, or a faulty USB connection.

When the “continue holding home for 30 seconds” step appears, it usually starts doing everything after 10 seconds. Should I keep holding home even though it’s doing everything??? I am getting very frustrated.

if the firmware is 2.2 for an iPhone, then why can’t quickpwn work for the iTouch who also has a 2.2?

WHAT AM I DOING WRONG?
