Uninstall whatever you put on there before it went into safe mode and reboot. Should boot up normally.

I haev an iphone 3GS and just ran the jailbreak (MAC version). MivTones won't work for me. When I put in my username and password, I get the following message:

faild IMEI

I logged into MivTones with my account so I know my account is fine. Anyone else seen this.
