DirectControl is a mod that allows you to go directly to the iPod controls in the multitasking dock. Normally when you double-tap the home button to bring up the multitasking dock, it brings you to the first application in the dock and you have to scroll to the left to get to the iPod controls. Well, with this mod, you are brought directly to the iPod controls and then can scroll right to see the apps. I also like that you can choose to go directly to the iPod controls all the time or only when music is playing… a nice little feature. Overall, a simple but useful mod if you use your iPod a lot. Hello. I like this new plugin but I seem to have a problem. Whenever I try to set it to “only when music is playing” it just goes right back to always the instant I back out of it.
Excellent hack. Same results as above, can’t set it to only activate when playing but still better than default behavior. iPhone 4/4.1
Same results. Auto reverts to “Always” setting…
I found a fix. Select Always first, then select Only when music is playing. It should save then.
Yo that actually worked thanks alot. This plugin is great. Apple should have thought of this though. They suck. That is why I jailbreak.
