iSocialShare is one of those features Apple should have built right into the iOS software. This app allows you to post pictures right to Facebook or Twitter from your stock Photos app. Just click on the little cloud button and choose Facebook or Twitter. Then you can add a comment and send. It uses Twitpic to post the image on Twitter and on Facebook it creates a new album called iPhone iSocial Tweak Photos. It works really well and now the only thing it needs is an option to post it to both at the same time using the same comment text.
