Deviantart.com is a popular website for sharing art that has recently become iPhone/iPod Touch friendly. This was exciting for me because I absolutely love this site. You will be amazed at the amount of amazing pieces of art you will find there. The iPhone version of deviantart.com has all the features of the full site. It is very sleek and easy to use. Trust me, you will want to check it out!! The only thing I would like to see changed is when you enlarge a picture, it would utilize the full screen. Check out the screen shots below.

iTaste is an application made by Heng Liu, that allows you to create your own avatar. Basically, you can make your own caricature by tapping the four different arrows. You can change the face, eyes, hair, nose, mouth, and ears. The possibilities of different avatars is unlimited because you can add more pictures, by placing the pictures in this directory on your iPhone/iPod Touch – /Applications/iTaste.app/iTaseDefine/. TypeIt4Me is a Mac program that was ported over to the iPhone/iPod Touch. The whole point of this application is to make your life easier when typing e-mails by using abbreviations. When you open TypeIt4Me, there will be a blank box were you can type freely, and then at the bottom you have options like “add” and “edit”. TouchPod is an application made by iSpazio and is ONLY FOR THE iPod Touch. It removes the music and video icons, and adds an iPod icon. When you click on “iPod” you will see all your music and there will be a new tab for “video”. This is a cool application not because it replicates the iPhone, but also it saves space. :) You can get TouchPod from the iSpazio source.

MobileScrobbler is a last.fm client made by Sam Steele. Let me start of by saying that this application is AMAZING!!!! The whole point of last.fm is to discover and share music. iPhoneDoom was started by stephwhite and now it is under the management of psychochromatic. This is a native port of the classic game Doom for the iPhone/iPod Touch. I was so excited, since it was the classic Doom. Apparently, the game is unplayable; allow me to expand. Picocalc is a number memo for your springboard. When you open the application you will see an iPhone calling interface. Type in the number you want and hit “set”. That number will appear on your springboard above the picocalc icon. You can also add and subtract from the original value. This can be useful for quickly keeping track of your grades or your tips. Top 5 TTR Themes!

TTR has been a huge success, and with the rising popularity, there have been some great user made themes for it. Since there are good amounts of themes, I decided to select the top 5 themes. This is obviously my opinion, so feel free to disagree :), also add any themes you like in your comment, or how you would reorder my list.
In order to install any of these themes, just copy and past the files into your Applications/TTR.app folder on your iPhone/iPod by using SSH. TTR is available through the Ste Packaging source.

AirHockey is a air hockey game, hence it’s name. AirHockey was created by Nicoteam. When you open the application you have the choice to play by yourself or play two players. Basically you use your paddle to knock the puck into the opposing side’s goal. The first person to 11 wins!! Cracks is a screen cracking simulation for your iPod/iPhone made by iamcanaian. The point of this application is to scare someone into thinking that they broke the device. Trust me it works! :-) When you launch the application, it will show a screen shot of a 1.1.3/1.1.4 springboard (it even has a few extra pages). iPac3D is a game based off of Pac-Man created by Marco Giorgini. This game is fully 3D and is based of the Yeti3D engine. The player is Pac-Man in a first person view rooming around in a labyrinth. The object is to collect all the purple cubes without being killed by a human. If you collect a certain type of cube, you will be able to kill the humans for a short amount of time. There are 15 levels in iPac3D. The game works at full speed in both portrait and landscape mode. The AI (the intelligence) of the enemy can be very bad. IMGSaver is an image saving tool made by iSpazo. IMGSaver allows you to save specific images from the internet into your camera roll. It works both on the iPhone and iPod Touch. If you have an iPod Touch you need to install TouchRoll. It is very easy to use once you learn the procedure. IMGSaver is a great application but it requires a good amount of steps.
