moleskine 0.19

moleskine Version 0.19 of moleskine adds a some very cool new features!! The best part of the update is that there are now unlimited levels! So, you can create notes until your heart’s content! Another sweet new feature (though only available in the full version, which you must donate to get) is that ability to have both folders and notes within a folder. In the previous version you could only create notes inside of a folder but, not anymore. Man, it’s like ultra-organization….my kind of app! There has also been the addition of [Read more…]

moleskine 0.18

moleskine I was finally able to get this app to work!! When version 0.14 came out in the Installer this morning…I was unable to get the app to open. It would just open to the splash-screen and then close…I even tried it on more then one iPhone but, I got the same results! So, I kept a close eye on the Installer and tried every update after that to no avail. However, three updates later, along comes version 0.18 and TaDa…it finally works! I believe the developer was having some permissions issues. Anyway, on to the app… [Read more…]

TimeCapsule 0.25b1

TimeCapsule There have been a few updates to TimeCapsule since that last time I did a review of it…which means there are some new features (and new intro screen)! One cool new feature is, once you have a backup of your webclips, you can then tap on the arrow to the right of the backup and view a list of all the webclips that were backed-up. Another new feature is that the [Read more…]

TimeCapsule 0.22b1

TimeCapsule You might be wondering (as I was) why there were sooo many TimeCapsule apps in the Installer…well, after a quick jaunt over to the Developer’s website, I found out it was because it was released in different languages (French and German)! So, make sure you Install the correct one! Version 0.22b1 of TimeCapsule does not have any visual changes but does have some bug fixes (see change log below). Also, I forgot to mention in the last post about this app that once you have a back-up of Installer… [Read more…]

TimeCapsule 0.20b

TimeCapsule Version 0.20b of TimeCapsule has a few changes including, a new icon! I really like the new icon…very nice! Also, when you open the app you now get a pop-up asking for a donation and letting you know that you can get the full version of the app by donating. You can also enter your license key from here as well (at least I think that is new…I don’t remember it doing that before!). There have been two new apps added to the list of apps that can be backed up; ScreenShots and smartRSS. Both of these can only have one back-up on the free version of the app. Now, down to the nitty gritty. [Read more…]

TimeCapsule

TimeCapsuleThis is another application that has been a long time coming, and I am so glad it is finally here. It is still in beta, so it is not fully functional. But this application allows you to backup data and restore it at a later time. Hopefully this will eventually allow you to restore data after a restore, but only time will tell. You can find this app in Installer from the databinge source under the Utilities category. Once installed, you can find the app on your springboard. Open it and a popup will give you the option to donate, select cancel or you can move right on to the app (Do not forget to go back and donate though if you love the app!). Now you will find a limited list of applications with data that can be backed up. [Read more…]
