Pay Off Debt Pay Off Debt is a debt application that helps you to pay off your debts quicker by giving you the option to implement a snowball.

The application allows you to enter information about all of your current debt such as; Name, Type of Debt (Credit Card, Car Loan, Generic Debt, Mortgage/HELOC and Student Loan), Amount Owed (this is the original amount of the debt), Current Balance (what you have left to pay of the debt), Interest Rate (APR), Due Date (due date of the month payment) and the Minimum Monthly Payment.

What I like about that application is that it is quick and easy to enter your debt info… a very user-friendly interface. If you have a lot of debt, it could seem like a daunting task but, it really only takes a few minutes as long as you have the info handy. [Read more…]

BillMinder 2.0 – Coming Soon

Billminder BillMinder a, feature-packed, personal bill assistant, is being updated to version 2.0. The update includes a nice user interface update as well as some cool new features that are yet to be disclosed. I had a chance to check out version 2.0 of the app and was impressed with the functionality of the app… I think I have finally found the bill organizing app I have been looking for! The app is currently $0.99 and the upgrade to version 2.0 will be free for those who have already purchased the application. USAA Banking App Adds Check Deposit Feature

Usaa Gizmodo recently posted an interesting article saying that USAA, a privately held bank/insurance company, is allowing iPhone customers to deposit checks into their account via an App Store application. The USAA application is scheduled to have it’s first update this week. The update will add a new Check Deposit feature. The feature will allow customers to take a picture of both the front and the back of the check (with the iPhone’s built-in camera) and have the check automatically deposited into their bank account.
