HardWare Info is an app that gives you a TON…like seriously a TON of info about your iPhone. It combines both Battery Info and Baseband Info into one app and then adds even more features. Some of the categories in which you are given info include; Device, Memory, CPU, Multitouch, Flash, Power, Baseband and SIM (below is a list of the information provided inside each of those categories). When the app first opens, it will query everything and it takes a few seconds…so, be patient. As with BatteryInfo and BBInfo…this app also hangs when opening an app directly after using HWInfo. Nothing to worry about…just a slight pause. HWInfo is available through the Trejan source

Baseband Info (BBInfo) is an app that displays info about your iPhone…including what version Bootloader you have. The app opens to a screen that displays all the info as Unknown and Not Found…it will then ping your Baseband (which takes a few seconds) and query everything else. Once it is finished, you get information about your Device, your Baseband and your SIM. Below is a complete list of all the information that is provided within each category (also see the screnshots below). There is an app by the same developer called, Battery Info, and like that app…when you go into another app after using BBInfo it will hang for a few seconds and then open. Battery Info did the same thing…it doesn’t mess anything up, just creates a slight pause. This only happens once, with the first app opened after using BBInfo. Other than that, the app works great and is a quick and easy way to find which version Bootloader your iPhone has! BBInfo is available through the Trejan.

Battery info is an app that gives you more specific information about your battery. When you open the app you will get specific information about the Battery Capacity, Battery Voltage, Battery Status, Battery S/N and whether not you are connecting to External Power. The part that I love about this app is the Battery Capacity which gives you the exact percentage that is left of your battery. I wish it would change the battery icon on the to status bar to the percentage when you tap on it…like you used to be able to do through Extended Preferences. I will have to agree with Matthew (the gentleman who emailed us about this app) that when you close the app and then go to open another one…it hangs for a few seconds. But, then the app opens and runs normally! So, I’m not sure what the deal is with that! Battery Info is available through the Trejan source. Below are the screenshots.

P.S. I just wrote this post on like the oldest computer in the entire world (I’m on the run…not at my normal computer) and it seriously took like 20 minutes longer than it should have!! Gotta love old school computers!
