At the top of the screen they added a rotating banner with current trending topics. It’s about the size of a typical ad and is really, really annoying. Thankfully, @chpwn made a hack to remove it and the hack is free in Cydia. Just search for Twizzler and install. Check out the before and after pics below.

Note: When the app was first released there was an error showing up “Size Mismatched” but it has been fixed now.

Cydia Description

Removes the new “trending topics” bar from Twitter for iPhone 3.3 (the ugly black bar at the top of all your timelines). Obviously, requires twitter for iPhone v3.3 from App Store to be installed.
