When I tested this application, it did exactly what it said it would do. I turned my iPhone’s silent switch on – meaning I had no systems sounds, my iPhone was silenced – and then installed Silent Switch Bypass. After it had installed, it enabled all my system sounds even though my silence switch was still off. When I uninstalled the application I got a pop-up saying that my silent switch had been unbypassed and to restart my iPhone. After doing so, my iPhone’s settings went back to normal…they were silenced when I turned on my silent switch and when I turned my silent switch off, the system sounds came back.
