An iPhone Dev Team Application has been released in Cydia. The application allows you to view the Dev-Team’s website, twitter account and torrents right in the application. It is an easy way to stay up-to-date on the Dev-Team. I did notice that the Torrents option doesn’t seem to work but, the other two options (Blog and Twitter) do. Woopra is a website analytics service like Google’s Analytics but it’s live. You can check out woopra.com for more about the service and desktop app but we’re gonna talk about the port to a web app for the iPhone. You basically download the files from here, edit the config file, upload them to your server, and you’re set! I’ve included detailed instructions below from Woopra’s blog and some screenshots.

1. Download and unzip the Woopra 4 iPhone installation files.
2. Open the Config.php file and edit these three lines to replace your site’s URL, Site ID and API key (found in your Member’s area, note: Site ID is no longer available so I got mine from my embeded script already on my website):

3. FTP the entire Woopra 4 iPhone directory to a secure location on your server. You can shorten the name of the directory if you want, and even put it in your root, but keep in mind it will not be secure unless you password protect it.
4. Visit the directory you just uploaded in your iPhone!

Back on the main screen, if you select one of the web apps/websites, it will open a full screen browser of the website. You can browse the website like normal. Once in the browser, you can double tap at the bottom of the screen to get a menu. The menu will give you the options; Google, Load URL, Exit and Cancel. Google will bring you to Google, Load URL will allow you to enter a new URL and will open it, Exit will exit the Browser bringing you back to the SpringBoard and Cancel will bring you back to the browser you were currently on.

There is also a Featured button in the application however, it does not do anything at this time. I think this application has a lot of potential however, there are a few features that I think would really improve Raptor. The ability to add/remove web apps from the list would be awesome. With that, the ability to rearrange the list so you can have your most used web apps at the top. It would also be cool to have a Back option in the menu so that when you are in a browser, you can go back to the application and select a different web app. Right now, you have to Exit and then reopen the application.
