Those of you who follow our Twitter (ahhyeah & bporter) most likely already know the scope however, for those of you who do not follow our Twitter (shame on you!) I will give a quick run down. I’m pregnant (YAY!) and for some reason my body thinks that pregnancy is some sort of disease that needs to be killed off, leaving me sick morning, afternoon, evening, middle of the night…basically whenever I am awake. However, my body is finally starting to realize that pregnancy is here to stay for a while and is easing up a bit. Which means it time for me to get back into the swing of things! It is going to take me a few days to get caught up and get back into the routine but, in the next week or so AppleiPhoneSchool.com should be back to it’s old self…at least on the days that I’m not puking my guts out, or feel like I’m going to! 
We also have a new writer who we will be introducing to you guys in the next few days. So, that is cool! Enjoy the site and if you have a pregnant wife, give her an extra kiss!

Reading your story make me realize how insensitive I was to my wife. I always thought she was faking? My mummy never felt like that. I feel ashamed of myself now. So its the body thinking it is foreign. Oh well. I will apologize how I get home.

We have a girls name but not a boys name…we didn’t have a boys name until I was about 8 months pregnant last time and we ended up having a boy so, hopefully we think of one sooner this time!

do you know, whether the baby will be a boy or a girl? if you do not know, don’t you want to and have this as a surprise?
i don’t know, what will i do, if i will marry someone some day, and my wife will be pregnant: would i want to know, whether i will have a son or a daughter, or would i let it be as a surprise…? what if we will have opposite opinion? yay…! miracles in life…

We do not know what it is and we are not going to find out. We didn’t find out with our first child either, we kind of like the surprise!

Congrats Doug and Brooke. Brooke you’ll get a lot of love on this site. So I am going to give Doug is props. Doug, I have three children 2 girls and a boy. Girl-Boy-Girl in that order…its a wonderful thing. But I suggest that you get some sleep now. The days of beauty rest are over brother. Congrats to you both..happy times..are ahead.

Congratulations, Brooke and Doug! I hope that you feel better soon, Brooke. I have three and was sick day and night for 3 months with each one, so I know how you feel. While other moms-to-be were complaining about gaining wait, I was losing it! Two things helped me to get through those first 3 months: 1) I knew it would end someday, and then I would feel SOOO much better; 2) “Morning sickness” (yeah, right–morning!!) is a sign that all is well with the baby (although if an expectant mom does NOT have morning sickness, it is NOT a sign that something is wrong). Hang in there, and good for you for waiting to be surprised about the boy/girl question!
