From what I’ve read on the web I’m hearing that this isn’t an App Store app yet but just something they are working on and will be released later. I found a sneak peak on YouTube:

    If it is still not in appstore will it be on installer? And is it free and for the use of other countries not just usa ?

      From what I’ve read they plan to release it for the App Store, but it won’t be available right away. No word on pricing.

    I have a DirectTV DVR. How would i connect to that?
