Paysage-Off is an application that allows you to turn the accelerometer in Safari off or on. I was really excited about this application because there are times, usually when laying in bed, when I would love to be able to turn of the accelerometer in Safari so that my browser doesn’t keeping turing! When you open the application, you will get a splash screen and then a menu with three options; Accelerometer Off, Accelerometer On and Respring. When you select an option your iPhone will automatically resping (so, I’m not sure why you would need the respring option). However, I can’t get this application to work. I have tried everything! I was totally bummed because I really wanted it to work! Hopefully we see an update soon! Paysage-Off is available through the ModMyiFone source.

if insomnia combines with this app then it would be perfect, mayb even add a few toggles to it like wifi
it isn’t possible to turn off the accelerometer in safari
atleast in 1.1.1~4, iuno about 2.0
Not working on my end either…I don’t understand why they release apps like this that don’t work?
