Metronome 2.11

Available In: Cydia       Price: Free

Metronome Metronome is a really nice application that will either display a metronome based on BMP or that allows you to tap out your own tempo. When you open the application, you will get a pop-up with instructions on how the app can be used via an iPod Touch. You will then get the main screen. At the top of the screen is the option to turn on/off the metronome. Turning off the metronome allows you to tap your own tempo. If you turn the metronome on, you can then adjust the metronome using a the options given. You can adjust the Beats Per Minute (BPM), the Beats and the type of note it plays. What is really nice is that as it plays the beat, it display the number of beat it is on and gives you a nice chime when it starts over on beat one. The slider at the bottom of the screen allows you to change adjust the volume of the metronome.

If you choose to tap in your own beat. It will automatically find the BMP that you are tapping. When you begin tapping, you will be prompted to keeping tapping until it recognizes the BMP. I did find that it was a little difficult to keep your tapping exactly accurate which makes the BMP scrolly wheel jump around a little. But, it does a good job of giving you a general idea of the BMP that you are tapping. Overall, this application works very smoothly, is easy to use and looks great. You can get Metronome via Cydia through the BigBoss source.

I would really like to install this app, but I cannot find it in Cydia. I only see Metronome 0.1.0 from ModMyiFone.
Do I have to install a source before I can see it in Cydia? I already have BigBoss’s Source.
    Thanks for your help.

Can somebody please tell me who ‘AppleiPhoneSchool’ actually is? How can I make us of it? How can I download something? I only came in touch of it when I was searching, first in iTune App, for ‘Metronome 2.11′ for my iPhone. But whatever I tryed, I cannot find a way to buy it.

    Thanks for a short reply.
