Change with App Store Application Review Process

App Store It seems that Apple has finally done something about the application review issue in the App Store. The change now requires you to have purchased/downloaded an application in order to write a review of it. I’m not sure why this was not implemented from the beginning but, I’m glad that they finally got around to it. If you have not purchased an application, you will get a pop-up informing you that you will either need to purchase or download the app in order to review it. If the application is free, you have to have at least downloaded the application in order to review it.

I did find that when I went to review an app that I had purchased, it said that I needed to purchase the application before reviewing it. So, I tried downloading the app to iTunes on the computer I was using and that still didn’t work. Then I tried downloading the application to my iPhone and that didn’t work either. I gave up and took the time to sync my iPhone and it still didn’t work!! I don’t know what the deal is. I will have to take some time to look into it! Let me know in the comments if you are having the same issue.

Okay! It seems like the crumpling US economy is not affecting AIS. They are posting with a vengeance today!!?? Or, trying to generate as much ad traffic as possible, cash the money and hide it under the mattress!

Haha no…I’m just finally starting to feel better! Hopefully I can keep it up and AiS will be back to it’s normal self soon!

Same problem with my account. Did the same thing like Andres. Same thing. Then I thought, I have to wait until the email from iTunes comes in with all purchasted items listed. No way. Still got that message (see above). Contacted apple, lets see what comes up.

I don’t like the new setup. It made it hard for me to filter through all the apps. I usually filter through by free, iphone apps, most popular, etc. It sucks that they took it away. Bad move.
