Mobile Substrate Update – Fixes Cyntact Crashing on 3.1

MobileSubstrate Yesterday, Mobile Substrate was update to version 0.9.3051-1. I do not have a complete change log on the update. However, saurik did say that the update to Mobile Substrate fixes Cyntact’s crashing issues on firmware 3.1. Let me know in the comments if you know of any other changes.

    what about the recent release of multi icon mover it really a gr8 tweak specially for user like me where i use fivelrows and recent feature of itunes moves my apps from extra row to the last homepage everytime i sync and this is really helpful to move all at the same time to its original position.

    This is interesting. While I did see this problem, and it being fixed on my 3Gs, this was not a problem on our 3G. It worked fine. This seems to be related to 3Gs only, or our 3G got lucky.

    I am using an Ipod 2g 3.0 FW and when i try to update the new mobile substrate i get the following error …
    “/var/cache/apt/archives/mobilesubstrate_0.9.3051-1_iphoneos-arm.deb
    failed in buvver_write(fd) (8,ret=-1)

    &

    subprocess /usr/bin/dpkg returned an error code (1)

    Any help in resolving this would be great guys ! thanks !

    updated my iphone using pwnage to 3.1.2 & its working great ( as is winterboard & sbsettings) …..

    my springboard has crashed only once post update … so i was looking to download mobilesubstrate 0.9.3051-1 but for sm reason its not visible on cydia/ sections. is it possible that it got upgraded automatically when i clicked on ‘essential upgrade’ ?

    it is obviously by saurik so am confused if i am missing smthing.

    any help would be most welcome.
