Acropolis Luz is a WinterBoard theme that contains quite a few mods. Like most themes, it contains icons (303 of them), a dock, status bar, wallpaper, lock screen battery, slider, badges.. etc. However, it also contains a ton of other mods such as Message app mod, Phone app mod, Safari app mod, UI mod, pop-up mod, Cydia app mod… and much more. If you are photoshop savvy and like to create your own icons, the theme does contains a .psd file which is located in the Library/Theme/Acropolis Luz [Krs]/PSD folder.
The theme also contains a matching SBSetting theme. You can get both Acropolis Luz and corresponding SBSetting theme via the MacCiti source.
How to Install a Theme:
1. Your device must be jailbroken. (how?)
2. Make sure you have WinterBoard installed via Cydia.
2. Make sure you have the MacCiti source installed in Cydia.
3. Search for Acropolis Luz in Cydia, run the install.
4. Open WinterBoard and activate the Acropolis Luz Theme.

I cannot get the macciti.com/cydia repository to download… any suggestions?

with macciti is now merged with another source called ZodTTD and this source is already in pre-installed sources but the name of it has been changed. so you do not need to install this source if your cydia is not very old. anyway if its not on your pre-installed you can install it through cydia.zodttd.com/repo/cydia .
