Pinch Media has created and released 5 RSS Feeds. They pull all kinds of info from the App Store from new and updated apps to top 100 lists. Here they are:

I also noticed if you add this to your Google Reader and load it from your phone, the links take you straight to the AppStore on your phone to download the app. Very Nice!
That’s right, it also works with the Twitter. This is so sweet!
