  1. After I jailbroke my iPad and ran Cydia the home screen looks funny, I loaded respring to fix the problem but every time that I have to reboot the iPad the screen go back to crazy again and I have to run respring to fix it. I can’t even put my icons the way I want because if I have to reboot they get all moved around. Is it normal to have to run respring every time after reboot. Any help would be greatful. Just want to make sure that all is good and that this is normal and others are having to deal with this..

  2. More, respring and other works on landscape when You have less 1 or 2 lines of toggles only

  3. PLEASE READ THIS: okay…so, i installed a tweak called Simple Springboard or something like that and after i resprang i cant do ANYTHING on my home screen. its like the touch screen was disabled but only on the home screen. if i hold down the power button i can still drag the slider to turn it off, and i can still slide it to unlock…but nothing on the home screen. i can still tap and control things on the status bar…so can someone PLEASE upload sbsettings somewhere so i can SSH into my phone, install sbsettings through there, then use it to dock cydia to sbsettings, and then uninstall that SimpleSpringboard thing i installed? PLEASE im asking ANYONE!!! if i cant get sbsettings, ill have to restore and loose all my data forever. if you dont want to upload it on the internet then email it to me at ncanduci@msn.com or if theres some other way to launch cydia on my phone without taping the homescreen, then upload/email me that instead! thank you SOOO much!!!!

    • If you are able to ssh into your device. Why don’t you just ssh in and delete the Simple Springboard app.

    • cuz it wasnt a .app installation, it was a tweak, so it could’ve been anywhere on the whole filesystem…but dont worry about it anymore. i managed use WinSCP to force my iphone into safe mode, which allowed me to navigate around the springboard only while i was in safe mode, so then i just used rock to uninstall it :D

  1. […] I was pretty stoked when I heard about the new rotation feature however, it was mostly created for iPad users. When your iPhone or iPod touch is in landscape mode and you swipe to launch SBSetting, it hangs off all weird. You are still able to use the toggles however, you are unable to get to the other options such as More, Refresh, Dock, Respring and Power. BigBoss has said that he does not plan to fix this issue due to the fact that it was basically created for iPad users. However, it can be disabled. … [visit site to read more] […]
