SBSettings in Notification Center

One of the first applications I install after jailbreaking my iPhone is SBSettings, an application that allows you to quickly toggle settings on your device. It allows me to do some of my favorite hacks (see screenshots below) and it also allows me to quickly adjust my brightness, toggle my WiFi and Respring my device… things I do fairly often. Plus, I’m an old school jailbreaker and it has sentimental value. :)

One feature of SBSettings that some of you may not be aware of is that you are able to add the SBsettings menu into your Notification Center (that is the menu you get when you swipe down your screen from your status bar at the top of your device). To do so, you will need to go into your stock Settings application and then into the Notifications option. Scroll down to the bottom and you will see SBSettings. Just tap it and then turn it on. (Remember, you can rearrange the order in which things display in your Notification Center by selecting Edit and then dragging them by touching the three bars on the right and dragging them around.) Once you are in the Notification Center, you can swipe the SBSettings menu to the left and right to see more options.

  1. I like NCSettings better I did use this one for the last couple years but NCSettings looks really clean and with Springtomize 2 it really adds alot of customization to your device.
