I used biteSMS for the first time today!! YAY! As many of you already know, I had purchased some biteSMS credits a while back and had not received them. I had planned on emailing them however, I have been too busy to do so. Well, today I received an email from them! Yes, from them. It was just a follow up email saying that they had noticed that I hadn’t used any of my credits and they were just checking to make sure I had received them and that biteSMS was working for me. Talk about customer service! Well, as it turns out, I had typed my phone number incorrectly and that is why I hadn’t received my credits. After I wrote them back with the correct phone number, I received the credits right away! I have heard from many of you that the customer service is great but, I must say, I’m very impressed! So, after I received the credits, I gave biteSMS a shot and it worked great. I personally use AT&T for text messaging but, if you are looking for a cheap way to send Texts I highly recommend using biteSMS. Check out their website for rates in your country. biteSMS is available through the Ste Packaging source.

skySMS is to use with other providers, bitSMS is a provider :D
what a noob
don’t blame biteSMS because of your noobness for writting down the wrong number
Why the rudeness !!! I guess you have nothing better to do…;-(
John
brooke, ignore this guy! People make mistake so do us. I bet he never made a mistake? Besides, u never blamed bitesms. Instead, U praised them! Ignore him! And dont stop writing. I love u.
The end result is what matter the most. You got your credit and used it.
Does it need wi-fi connection to send text? How does the text sender look like? Is it showing customer’s own mobile number?
Yes it needs wifi connection, and appears the your number like a normal sms
I have to agree that their customer service is excellent. It is cheaper for me to text internationally now! Thanx bitesms!
WiFi or EDGE is fine for biteSMS….much cheaper than AT&T for overseas texting. Also if you don’t text often it’s also cheaper because the credits last for 1-year…..great for me!
Thanks for this wonderful post! It has been very useful. I wish that you’ll carry on sharing your wisdom with us.
