Ok, I think you are safe to install iSolitaire now! The quick update to version 0.81 fixes the bug that did not allow a new deal. After updating to 0.81 I was able to select a New Deal with no issues. The Options menu still only has the default theme but, other then that it seems to be working normally on both 1.1.1 and 1.1.3. If you are on 1.1.3…install away…if you are on any other version (1.1.2 and below) I would say there is no need to update, version 0.81 does not add any new features and actually takes away the ability to change the theme. Hold off on updating iSolitaire. The update to version 0.8 is supposed to make the app compatible with 1.1.3 however, there are a few bugs. The first thing I noticed is that when you go into the Settings and select theme…only the default theme shows up. But, all three themes are in the folder when I looked at the app via SSH. There is an update in the Installer.app for iSolitaire (which is available through the Ste Packaging source). The update does exactly what I though it would…speeds up the animation. It now does it’s sweet 3D flip a lot faster!! Very cool!! Screenshot:

There has been an update to iSolitaire in the Installer.app. The update adds a new Animation feature. Now, when a card flips over, it does this sweet little flip thing instead of just showing up. You can turn off the animation feature in the settings…but, I am definitely going to be leaving mine on!! A very cool update! Here are the screenshots:

There was an update yesterday to iSolitaire in the installer.app. I finally had a chance to look at it and it seems they have changed a few things and added a few new features. There have been a few changes with the themes; greenfelt has been added and is now what used to be the “default” theme and default is now a really cool wood like theme. They also added a donate button to the menu option. I think the best improvement from the update is that when you tap Deal it brings you immediately back to the play screen. Before, you would have to tap Deal and then Done.

There has been an update to iSolitaire in the installer.app. The update now allows you to change the Theme of the cards. You just double tap to get into the menu page like always and then pick your theme. The only two available right now are the default theme and leopard but, I’m sure we will see more to come. There was an update last night in the installer.app for iSolitaire. This is a great update! The app now keeps your settings. Before, you would have to go into the settings and change them back the way you wanted them every time you reopened the app. Now, when you open the app, it will have kept whatever options you last set. This is great for me since I like one draw and it used to automatically default back to three draw every time!! So, update away…

iSolitaire just came out with an update to their app. This update adds an additional option allowing you to display your score. If you choose to display your score, it will show at the bottom of the screen along with the amount of time you have been playing. Here are the screenshots:

Today…a new game was released in the Installer.app…iSolitaire.
This app is exactly as it sounds…solitaire for the iPhone! After tapping on the application it will open to a basic “solitaire” screen. There are a few options in this game. To see the options, just double tap on any green area of the screen. You can then select to have a one card draw or a three card draw. You can also choose to deal again if you get stuck (just a quick note…you have to tap deal and then tap done for it to redeal, it will not bring you back to the main screen automatically when you tap deal). To deal a card, tap on the deck and to move a card where you would like it, just drag it and let go. When you get all the cards in the ace piles, therefore winning, the aces come out from the bottom of the pile and move and bounce around the screen based on how the iPhone is tilted. It is kind of fun! Here are some screenshots:
