Firmware 3.0 Jailbreak and Unlock Info

DevTeam It seems the DevTeam is gearing up for tomorrow’s release of firmware 3.0 and Friday’s release of the iPhone 3GS. According to their website, they will be doing a live demo of the 3.0 unlock, yellowsn0w, later tonight just before the release of the 3.0 firmware. We are torn on this one! Doug has installed and used yellowsn0w…I have not. I honestly do not have an exact reason for why I have not installed yellowsn0w mostly because I just do not have a need to. Doug, being the techy that he is, has installed yellosn0w. Though, he has had a few issues with it affecting his connectivity to AT&T. iPhone 3G Unlock Software Update – yellowsn0w

Dev Team It seems that yellowsn0w has been updated to version 0.9.5 beta. The Dev Team says that the update should, “fix quite a few problems including some STK issues.” They also suggest that everyone update to the newest version of yellowsn0w.
