There is an update to Customize today. This update fixes the issues with icon arranging. Interface is much better and hiding apps works by just tapping the app. An icon of an eye appears and dissapears to show the “hidden”

Another update tonight for Customize seems to have fixed the main issues of rearranging icons. This is now working although allowing for hidden icons is not. I’m guessing they are working on it. This will be so nice when completed.
