Math Flash Cards by One Moxie Ventures LLC is an app that throws you back to your early elementary school days when you use to use those really big math flash cards that had the answer on the back and you use to peak to make yourself feel smart, especially on the multiplication ones. Come on…you know you did!
Now, this app can get a little stressful the more you play. The stress comes in because the series of cards you are doing is timed. And if you’re like me, you want to get done as fast as possible. XGen Studios, who bring you online flash games, are getting ready to release a game in the Apple App Store for the iPhone and iPod Touch called Defend Your Castle. AppleiPhoneSchool.com allow me the privilege to get my hands on this game a little early.

InstallerApp

I was really hoping for an app that I would be able to use to backup my apps to my Mac so when firmware updates came about, I would just be able to update, jailbreak, and then sync. In fact, that is exactly what I can do. RipDev claims, “InstallerApp comes with free built-in Pusher — software that can install Installer.app on your iPhone without “jailbreaking” it, so you can use App Store and Installer simultaneously without putting your private data at risk.” We are going to get into this, but if you haven’t jailbroken your iPhone, are running OS X 10.5.6, or have a newer (2009) or unibody Mac, do not use this app!
Now a few things about this app that honestly, really bother me.

UstreamBroadcaster

The Ustream.tv Mobile app has to be one of the coolest apps that I have played with. On my personal website (justinvanrheenen.com) I have a section on my sidebar for live streaming from Ustream.tv. I really haven’t used this much but this mobile app may make it easier to live stream whatever my heart desires.
To get instructions for the download, you can go to Ustream.tv/mobile. You will need to sign up for a Ustream.tv account if you do not currently have one.
Once you have set up your account, open Cydia. If you have not jailbroken your iPhone yet, you will not be able to use the Ustream.tv Mobile App. You can download a Ustream.tv Watch App from the App Store but to be able to live stream from the phone, you will need to jailbreak your phone.
1. Once you have opened Cydia tap “Sections” at the bottom.
2. On the next screen, tap “Multimedia”.
3. Then tap the letter “u” to find the UstreamBroadcaster.
4. Then install and confirm the installation of the app.
