Aislelyn Art is a collection of eight wallpapers all created by Aislelyn. Some are pretty abstract the others are just kind of funky…check out the screenshots below. Remember, when you install wallpapers they are added on your iPhone or iPod Touch in your Settings application under Wallpapers. Dark Collection v1 & v2 Wallpaper Packs

The MacCiti source has released a few wallpaper packs…Dark Collection v1 and Dark Collection v2. Dark Collection v1 wallpaper pack contains 20 wallpapers. Most of which are abstract wallpapers that have dark backgrounds. Dark Collection v2 wallpaper pack contains 16 abstract, dark wallpapers. Below are screenshots of all the wallpapers. WinterBoard Themes – Themes, Key Highlight Mods and a Wallpaper Pack

I’m still catching up on all the themes/mods that have been released lately. But, I got through another section of them and below are a few I thought I would mention. There are 4 themes, 3 key highlight mods and one wallpaper pack. The four themes include; Pump (via Sleepers.net), CLoud9 (via BigBoss), Abeo Alistair (via MacCiti) and Flat (via MacCiti). The key highlight mods will change the color of the keys on the keyboard when you select them. The three shown in the screenshots below include; Purple and Pink Highlight Keys, Camo Highlight Keys and Red and Black Highlight Keys…all of which are available through the Sleepers.net source. I actually really like key highlight mods…it is so weird to see a different color when you type! The wallpaper pack, MoMa Pack 1 (via MacCiti) contains eight unique wallpapers. There are a few new Wallpaper packs available via Cydia. They include; TamsWalls v2, TamsWalls v3, TamWalls v4 and TamsWalls v5. MacCiti Wallpaper Packs – Including Screenshots

I recently wrote an article about the themes that are currently available via the MacCiti source. Because the MacCiti source is primarily a themeing source, it also includes a few wallpaper packs. I’m always torn when it comes to wallpaper packs…they are an easy way to get wallpapers onto your iPhone or iPod Touch giving you more modding ability but, I don’t always want to install them because I don’t know what all the wallpapers look like or if I even want all the wallpapers in the pack. So, I thought I would make things a little easier on you and show you what is in each of the four wallpaper packs currently available in the MacCiti source. The four wallpaper packs include; TamsWalls, MacCiti Wallpaper Pack, MacCiti Aura and GH Wallpaper Pack.

Do Not Touch Me – Status Bar Notifier Mod

Do Not Touch Me is a pretty cool status bar notifier mod. It changes the icons that normally show up on your status bar to words (mail, sms and call). It also adds icons to your lock screen notifying you that you have a missed call, text or an unread email. The mod comes in both white and black and is activated via WinterBoard. If you are not a huge fan of the lock screen wallpaper that comes with the mod, you can choose User Lock Background in WinterBoard and move it above Do Not Touch Me and it will use your wallpaper instead of the wallpaper that comes with the mod (see screenshots below).

Webpage as Wallpaper

Here is an example of why it’s awesome to hack your iPhone. WinterBoard allows you to use a webpage as wallpaper. Now at first this might not seem that big of a deal, but think, you could have your twitter, weather radar, etc. as your background. Mind you, they’re not clickable, but it’s still kewl.
But even better, you can link to an image online. So you could make a link to an iPhone wallpaper online and just change the image without having to do anything to the iPhone.
Now… even better. I have this old php file that will pull random images from a folder on your server. I used to use it to change my wallpaper background on MySpace so everythime my profile would reload, the background would change. Well, I copied it over to this site’s server and dropped in a few wallpapers! Now my iPhone changes wallpaper every time I respring or reboot! I bet you could even make a moving gif wallpaper too!
