qTweeter, a twitter and facebook application, has been update to version 2.06. The update adds paste support. It also integrates the application into the Cydia store. For those of you who have already “purchased” (donated to) qTweeter, you will not have to purchase the application at the full $4.99. OS v2 – Wallpaper Pack

OS v2 wallpaper pack contains 9, and like v1 of the wallpaper pack, all the wallpapers are OS inspired. Most the wallpapers in this pack are Apple logos however, there are a few random other ones as well (see screenshots below). I’m not overly impressed with this pack of wallpapers but, there might be one in there that you are looking for. Remember, when you install this wallpaper pack, the wallpapers are added to your stock Settings application under Wallpapers. You can get OS v1 via the MacCiti source.
Note: If you would like to manually delete some of the wallpapers once you install the pack, you can ssh into the Library/Wallpapers folder on your iPhone or iPod Touch and delete them from there. [Read more…]
Battery Control – Turn on/off Statusbar Battery Icon and Percentage

Battery Control is a simple application that allows you to turn on/off the Statusbar battery icon and the Statusbar battery percentage. Once the app is installed, it is added as an option in the stock Settings application. The app gives you two options, turn on/off Show Battery and turn on/off Show Percentage.
A simple application but, I think one of the only that allows you to turn off the battery icon and still leave the battery percentage. Doug like that he can turn off the battery icon and have some additional space on his statusbar. You can get Battery Control via modmyi source.

Last week, I wrote about a rumor that strongly indicated the release of an 8GB iPhone 3GS. Well, it seems that the guys over at MacRumors have confirmed this rumor. Apparently, on Roger’s website, there is now a comparison of the iPhone 3GS that includes an 8GB version of the phone.

Matte Nano – WinterBoard Theme

Matte Nano is a WinterBoard Theme that contains a wallpaper, dock, badges, status bar and 2,295 icons (though, a lot of those are duplicate icons). The theme folder also contains an icon template (a .psd file) located in the Library/Themes/Matte Nano/Icons folder. One cool thing about this theme is that it resizes all icons, even if they do not have an actual icon created for the theme, that way at least all your icons are the same size. To make this theme even more complete, you can install Matte UI Graphite and Matte SBSettings. When you have all three mods installed it is a nice, complete theme. OS v1 is a pack of 10 OS inspired wallpapers. This includes Mac, Windows and Linux wallpapers. There is also a random AT&T wallpaper in there as well. I have seen most of these before but, it’s an easy way to get them onto your iPhone or iPod Touch if you want them. BossPaper Beta Updated – Version 0.95

BossPaper, a wallpaper application, has been updated to version 0.95. The update includes quite a few bug fixes but does add some new features. Some noteworthy new features include; you can now choose wallpaper from the stock Wallpaper category, the Single Image option is now available, you have the options to turn off the random feature and there is now a Delete All option in the wallpaper section. The full change log for version 0.95 is below. The application is still in the BigBossBetaRepo and has not been released in the main BigBoss repo but, hopefully we are getting close.
