hClipboard – Copy and Paste Application

Available In: Cydia       Price: Free

hclipboard I wrote, a few days ago, that we would soon be seeing a new copy and paste application. It was actually released the next day! Well, I have finally had a chance to check it and so far, I like it.

When you install hClipboard, you will first need to enable it in your Settings. To do so, go into your stock Settings application, General, Keyboard, International Keyboards and then turn on hClipboard. Now, in order to use the application you will need to be in an app that uses the keyboard…for example Notes. To enable hClipboard, select the Globe icon on your Keyboard. You will now see the hClipboard keyboard.

Reflective Dock – via Cydia

Reflective Dock We have written about how to get a reflective dock using shh. However, if you are looking for a way to get a reflective dock for your iPhone or iPod Touch through Cydia, here is a way. You will need to add a new source to Cydia (check out THIS article if you need instructions on how to add a source to Cydia). The source you will need to add is: david.ashman.com/apt/ After your sources have refreshed, you will see that a new package has been added to your iPhone called ReflectiveDock. Once installed, you will have a reflective dock. It does add two options to Winterboard, No Dock Reflections and Dock Reflections however, I have found that it is not affected by being turned on/off in WinterBoard…it is just always on unless you specifically select No Dock Reflections. However, when you installed LiveTime, it also added a theme to WinterBoard titled; LiveTime Clock. Available In: Cydia       Price: Free

Sleep Sleep is an application that will automatically respring your iPhone or iPod Touch after a user specified amount of time. When you open Sleep, you will see two scrolly wheels…one for Hours and one for Minutes. You can use them to choose how long you would like before your iPhone/iPod Touch resprings. Let’s say, for example, 1 hour and 30 minutes. Once you have chosen your amount of time, select Start in the lower left corner. This will bring up a Z.z.z.Z icon at the top of the page as well as the amount of time that is left before it resprings. SBSettings 1.0.1

Available In: Cydia       Price: Free

SBSettings There is an update to SBSettings today. If you remember my initial review of SBSettings, you will remember that this application is pretty much supposed to be a BossPrefs replacement app. Well, I actually use SBSettings quite often and thought that the update was worth writing about. The “coolest” part of the update is that SBSettings is now themable! It now comes with the stock theme and two additional themes (HUD and Tech Shadow). You can get to the themes through the More option. I also noticed that there were quite a few additional mods for SBSettings in Cydia (which I just might have to do a post about).
